We’re hands-on
Many ‘consultants’ offer good advice for you to implement. You pay for their ideas. SBMS give you the ideas but importantly we execute the plans, hands–on. This allows busy managers to carry on with their work whilst the improvements happen around them. The business begins to change as improvements are introduced, systems put in to place, staff trained in their use. At the end of the process staff, managers and owners are working together with the new processes. SBMS recommends monthly review to assure the improving profits. The brief meeting often becomes an informal but structured Board meeting if such a meeting is not already in place.
