SBMS started trading in 2003 and is owned and managed by principle Nick Morgan. Nick’s expertise has been established across 25 years working in a number of corporate roles managing both small subsidaries and large businesses in the mining, glass, cement, foam, postal and fabric sectors. Nick has an engineering degree, a management diploma and Health and Safety qualification. He has an established track record of developing and implementing winning strategies and extensive experience of working with both unionised and non unionised work forces. His core strengths are strategy and profit improvement, delivering bespoke plans.
SBMS operates from two offices in North Yorkshire and the Highlands.

Fees
Initial meetings are non chargeable. SBMS will work free with no obligation for up to one half day to provide a quick preliminary assessment of a business. An indication of what may be achieved and over what time scale will be given to enable project costs and value to be established.
Work can then be funded in a number of flexible ways through a daily or hourly rate. Other innovative fee mechanisms are also available. SBMS does not operate with the classic stopwatch approach. Advice and support is often given freely for 1 – 2 hrs to established customers to guide managers in specific decisions and situations.
Fees are very competitive and affordable for the expertise on hand and can be discussed at the preliminary meeting.
