Small Business Management Services was established to support small to medium sized businesses, primarily those which are owner – managed. Our clients come from a wide range of sectors including retail, services, manufacturing, professional and design, and vary in size typically from recent start up to £5m turnover and 50 staff.

Our aim is to provide our clients with the highest quality support, tailored to specific needs. We have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in house and an extensive business network to bring complimentary expertise as required.

Many consultants offer advice for you to implement. Whilst we are happy to give good quality advice, we also execute the plans, hands–on, enabling busy clients to carry on with their business whilst we drive the necessary improvements.

We do not actively advertise and nearly all our work comes to us via referrals. Our work is based on trust and results, building solid and robust relationships with our clients. Our relationships tend to be long term with many of the businesses we support today being those that were our early clients.
